You know, Mario Party would fit perfectly on the DS. http://mariopartyds.com/ is a website dedicated to a Mario Party for DS. Now for OTHER news.
I purchased Mario Party 8 for the Wii! YAY! The 4th game I have now for the Wii. It really is a great game but it does get old fast. The Orbs from other Mario Party games are replaced with Candy, a bit weird. The biggest problem I found with this game is that after a while my arm started to hurt, so if you play any kind of sport that you use your hands don't play this game for more than like 3 hours. I like the game but it is about the same game as #1 but with practice and better graphics(not much though). The Mini-Games in Mario Party 8 are kind of new. Most use the Wii remote quite a bit but some are just Hold-It-Sideways-And-Press-2-To-Jump kind of games. I give it an 8/10. The only reason I don't give it a 10 is because the Mini-Games are hard to do sometimes. Like in a rowing game, I was stuck with a Computer Mario VS. Computer Toad and Toadette, Toad and Toadette where rowing in perfect time while Mario was going super fast and I was going as fast as I could. This happened in most of the 2 VS. 2 Mini-Games no matter what Computer Partner I got. The maps are mostly new but have a hint of past Mario Party games. If you have a Wii, like to yell at your TV and Video Games, and have enjoyed other Mario Party games, you should get Mario Party 8. Mario Party 8 costs $50 at most locations and has bonus Mini-Games for your Miis to play.
